This fix fixes a bug when you threw hammers or set fire to zombies, and then a fire truck arrived, now it will no longer be there, you can at least burn the entire vice city, still no one will come.

Данный фикс исправляет баг, когда вы кидали молотов или поджигали зомби, а после приезжала пожарная машина, теперь её больше не будет, можете хоть весь вайс сити сжечь, всё равно не кто не приедет.
