This language pack is created for those who cannot translate English and are used to Russian, or for those who do not want to play in English.
This is only the first version, so please report any errors you find.
////INSTALLATION////
1) Copy the Models and TEXT folders to the game directory, for example D:\\GTA Raccoon City Stories
2) Also copy the files vc_seter.asi and gtavc_set.ivc to the game directory.

Этот русификатор создан для людей кто не умеет переводить англ.язык а привык к русскому,или кто не хочет играть с англ.языком.
Это только первая версия,поэтому пишите все ошибки,что нашли.
////УСТАНОВКА////
1) Папки Models и TEXT скопировать в директорию игры например D:\\GTA Raccoon City Stories
2) Файлы vc_seter.asi и gtavc_set.ivc тоже скопировать в директорию игры.
