These are starter and 100% save files for GTA VCS PC Adaptation by Andrey Popov and they take slots 7 and 8 respectively.

Cheats were never used in the making of these save files and I never got wasted or busted while making these.

I made sure to get some really nice weapons while I was at it, have fun blasting everyone you see!

What's done for the starter save:

Playground Missions (Dock, Park, Town and Point)

Total Completion Percentage: 49.2%

How to install: put "memstick" in your GTA VCS folder. (Should be obvious enough.)

Note: This won't work on ordinary PSP versions of VCS as the PC adaptation has PS2 exclusives ported to the PSP version!
