Shows:
- Bait And Switch: A fishing show hosted by two stereotypical redneck Vietnam veterans: Larry Joe and Bobby Ray. The show can also be called the Vice City Boat And Sports Show. Kenny Crane appeared on the show and gave interviews to the program.
- The Time Ranger: A rerun of a fictional 1938 radio series about a superhero who travels between eras by manually manipulating his "mini-time machine in his pants" (an obvious reference to masturbation). Each time the ranger travels, he has no idea where or what time he will end up after each physical contact with the "machine" (in this way, he is somewhat reminiscent of another time traveler, the title character of the British science fiction television series Doctor Who). Also rumored to be suitable for a harem servant position, the Time Ranger is rumored to have some modest anatomical features.
- New World Order: A conservative foreign policy talk show hosted by Duane Thorne. Each of the show's "reports" is a satire on the negative socioeconomic aspects of American influence on the world during the Cold War. The show also takes calls from various people who predictably shock or puzzle Duane based on their subject matter.
- Moorehead Rides Again: A rerun of a popular 1940s-50s radio detective series that was canceled in 1952. The adventures of a private investigator — "an alcoholic, racist, misogynist" — are a parody of gender relations in the United States at a time when a woman was just a woman and a man was a person. However, the law enforcement officers in the form of the local sheriff and the ethnic minorities, for whom the friendly simpleton Mexican was taking the rap, were not left without their share of mockery. The meaning of the title of the next episode — "Gordon Moorehead and the Exploding Breasts" — becomes clear only at the very end of the episode.
The only program on VCPR in Grand Theft Auto Vice City Pressing Issues is once again at the forefront of political and spiritual problems of society with its permanent host Maurice Chavez.
Separating truth from lies and misunderstandings:
- Martin Graves is a technologist and stereotypical nerd who has ridiculous futuristic dreams, often with a high concentration of robots, as well as many strange sexual fetishes. He considers the dominant religion to be outdated and ridicules creationism in the classroom.
- Briony Craddock is a fanatically patriotic "white trash" mother who has had 15 children, is pregnant with her second child, and goes into labor at the end of the program. She believes that having more American children is the best way to preserve American culture and heritage. She believes in matriarchy. She may also be a "soccer mom" stereotype, as she attends numerous PTA meetings, is quite religious, and is quick to silence anyone who says anything she deems offensive. Forbes Waverly III is a no-nonsense, cutthroat Connecticut industrialist whose name and demeanor are very masculine. She is obsessed with saving and owning things. Her abrasive behavior is due to her father ignoring her as a child.
