Hired Muscle Glove Fix for GTA Vice City Stories

As you know, the Hired Muscle suit has no gloves outside of the cutscene, this little texture mod fixes that.

Note : well with this mod on , white trash outfit also has the glove since both Skin uses the same code

I couldnt get around to try and fix that because it is unfixable sorry
