A small texture editor for GTA: Vice City 10th Anniversary.

Inside there are stable (415) and unstable (777) versions. There are x86 and x64 versions for each. The main difference between unstable builds is the maintenance of a detailed log of the program's operation with output to the console.

Attention: Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 is required for operation (x86, x64) and GDI+(included).

Небольшой редактор текстур GTA: Vice City 10th Anniversary.

Внутри вложены стабильная (415) и нестабильная (777) версии. Для каждой есть версии x86 и x64. Основное отличие нестабильных сборок — ведение подробного лога работы программы с выводом в консоль.

Внимание: для работы необходима Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 (x86, x64) и GDI+ (идут в комплекте).
