This mod adds a new playable character to GTA: Vice City — Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States. The model is made taking into account the original style of the game and replaces the standard appearance of Tommy in a blue suit (player2.dff). The modification is adapted for the mobile version of the game (Android) and requires basic skills in handling .img and .txd files. Installation is done manually using ES File Explorer, IMG Tool and TXD Tool.
