This CLEO mod fills the streets of Vice City with soldiers, creating a militarized atmosphere across the entire map.

Important: The mod only works when you start a new game. Loading a previously saved game will not activate the changes.

Installation:You will need: ES File Explorer (or any file manager with archive support)

Extract the contents of the downloaded archive using ES File Explorer.
Move the data folder to:
Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files
Launch the game and start a new game. Do not load an old save file, or you won’t see the soldiers.
