Replaces Rancher.

Installation:

Unzip the ZIP archive;
Add with replacement to veh_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
Add textures to gamemisc.txt using the TXD Tool application;
In default.ide from the setting.txt file, change the wheel settings.
