Installation:

Install the new app;
Backup the application and GTA Vice City files;
Install the new app, then move it to the folder "Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc";
Rename the folder to "com.rockstargames.gtavcDE".

Background Installation:

Move all files from the mod to the folder "Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/texdb/(Insert here)".
