I picked configurations for a very long time, but when I picked them up, I got the best ENB for all computers! You can put it on yourself without hesitation, it goes to any absolutely any computer! The graphics will be as in the screenshot! Honestly!...

Good ENB for GTA SA.
It was tested on a system with a 1.50GHz processor, 512MB of RAM and 128MB of video memory (does not slow down at all), while all the effects are present.

New settings "ENB". Competently selected reflections, bloom, "effect of speed", shadows. Added additional libraries and files (palette and effect.txt). Works great on medium PCs.
