The modification completely changes the texture of one of the houses in the city of Las Venturas, where Carl can buy an apartment.
As usual, one house was not enough, so the mod changes the textures of a number of nearby objects (for example, it replaces the grass along the road and the texture of the gravel under the railroad tracks).

Модификация полностью изменяет текстуры одного из домов в городе Лас-Вентурас, где Карл может приобрести квартиру.
Как обычно, одним домом не обошлось, поэтому мод меняет текстуры еще у целого ряда объектов, находящихся неподалеку (например, заменяет траву вдоль дороги и текстуру гравия под рельсами железной дороги).
