Cannibal dwarf - a hybrid mutant from the Lost Alpha modification. This mutant is a hybrid of a yellow dwarf (the prototype of the Burer) and a mutant from the design documents - a pseudo-human. The cannibal dwarf is found only in the Lost Alpha modification, and can only be found in the earliest versions. Lives in the dungeons of Pripyat. This mutant has a rather ugly appearance, some may find it funny. Moves on two legs, which were borrowed from a pseudo-human. At night, his eyes glow. Makes the sounds of a civilian zombie. Moves quite quickly, with such an awkward body structure. Deals strong blows with his hands. When severely wounded, it begins to move twice as fast.

Карлик-людоед - гибридный мутант из модификации Lost Alpha. Данный мутант является гибридом желтого карлика (прототип бюрера) и мутанта из дизайн-документов - псевдочеловека. Карлик-людоед встречается только в модификации Lost Alpha, причем встретить его можно лишь в самых ранних версиях. Обитает в подземельях Припяти. У данного мутанта довольно уродливая внешность, некоторым она может показаться смешной. Передвигается на двух ногах, которые были позаимствованы у псевдочеловека. В ночи у него светятся глаза. Издает звуки гражданского зомби. Довольно быстро передвигается, при таком неуклюжем строении тела. Наносит сильные удары руками. При сильных ранениях, начинает передвигаться в два раза быстрее.
