2199 year. In France, Barry Mary was declared president.
He decided that America was treating them "too badly" and declared war on the Americans.
After a year of war, Barry went mad and sent nuclear bombs to America. Only those few survived,
that took refuge in shelters built before the war as a last resort. Including the special squad "Thunder-9" survived.
