Newspapers on the roads for GTA SA

---- Description:
The mod adds newspapers to sidewalks and roads, as in
vice city.
Features:
- 2 types of newspapers
- Different placement of newspapers on the roads
- Newspapers do not spawn outside cities
Problems:
- Newspapers can appear on bridges and right after towns
and suburban areas.
- Newspapers do not yet fit exactly to the inclined
surfaces (possibly fixed in the next version)

There are 2 installation methods in the archive, automatic and
manual.
Requirements:
CLEO version 4.3 or higher

---- Описание:
Мод добавляет на тротуары и дороги газеты, как в
Vice City.
Особенности:
- 2 вида газет
- Разное расположение газет на дорогах
- Газеты не появляются за пределами городов
Проблемы:
- Газеты могут появится на мостах и сразу после городов
и пригородных зон.
- Газеты пока не прилегают ровно к склоненной
поверхности ( возможно пофиксю в следующей версии )

В архиве 2 способа установки, автоматическая и
ручная.
Требования:
CLEO не ниже версии 4.3
