We present to your attention an exclusive development - the San Andreas Race Creator utility (abbreviated as SARC), designed to generate racing missions for GTA: SA. On the one hand, this program is very easy to learn: even users who are not familiar with the basics of scripting and programming can deal with the utility. On the other hand, SARC has a wide range of capabilities, thanks to which you can create racing missions for SA of almost any complexity. Almost all game parameters can be adjusted: weather conditions, car speed, car models, text displayed during the race, and much more.
