This mod replaces the Liberty City textures that you can see in the Saint Mark's Bistro mission cutscene with textures from the Xbox version of GTA III. Textures are mostly medium to low quality in SA style (256x256 maximum).
Installation: replace any IMG editor with txd files in gta3.img and gta_int.img.
