This mod nearly completely changes the rain in San Andreas.
At the start of the rain, some pedestrians may look up at the sky while others will run around. Some pedestrians may appear with umbrellas. If you hit a pedestrian or if a pedestrian hears gunshots, they will drop their umbrella, which you can pick up (replaces the cane). Roads become more slippery, and drivers become more aggressive.
For proper functionality, CLEO 4.3 and ASI Loader are required.
Installation: move the hardRain folder to the modloader folder.
I recommend using it together with this mod.

В начале дождя некоторые пешеходы могут смотреть на небо, в то время как другие будут бегать. Некоторые пешеходы могут появиться с зонтиками. Если ударить пешехода, или если пешеход услышит выстрелы, он выкинет зонтик, и вы сможете подобрать его (заменяет трость). Дороги становятся более скользкими, водители становятся более агрессивными.
Для корректной работы нужен CLEO 4.3 и ASI Loader.
Установка: переместить папку hardRain в папку modloader.
Рекомендую использовать вместе с этим модом.
