This mod almost completely changes the rain in San Andreas.
At the start of the rain, some walkers may be looking up at the sky while others will be running. Some pedestrians may appear with umbrellas. If you hit a pedestrian, or if a pedestrian hears shots, he will throw out the umbrella, and you can pick it up (replaces cane). Roads become more slippery, drivers become more aggressive.
For correct operation, you need CLEO 4.3 and ASI Loader.
Installation: move the hardRain folder to the modloader folder.
I recommend using it with this mod.

В начале дождя некоторые пешеходы могут смотреть на небо, в то время как другие будут бегать. Некоторые пешеходы могут появиться с зонтиками. Если ударить пешехода, или если пешеход услышит выстрелы, он выкинет зонтик, и вы сможете подобрать его (заменяет трость). Дороги становятся более скользкими, водители становятся более агрессивными.
Для корректной работы нужен CLEO 4.3 и ASI Loader.
Установка: переместить папку hardRain в папку modloader.
Рекомендую использовать вместе с этим модом.
