This mod replaces the beach and surrounding areas near the Los Santos arena. I aimed to make the beach even more lively and beautiful. The beach models have been revamped (a new pier, lifeguard posts, beach bar, flower beds added). Textures have been replaced. As for the mapping part of the mod, trees, loungers, garlands, etc. have been added.

В этом моде заменен пляж и прилегающие территории возле Лос-сантос арены. Я постарался сделать пляж еще оживленней и красивей. Переработаны модели пляжа (добавлен новый пирс, посты спасателей, пляжный бар, клумбы). Заменены текстуры. Что касается мэпперной части мода, то добавлены деревья, шезлонги, гирлянды и т.д.
