In this mod, the beach and surrounding areas near the Los Santos Arena are replaced. I tried to make the beach even livelier and more beautiful. В этом моде заменен пляж и прилегающие территории возле Лос-сантос арены. Я постарался сделать пляж еще оживленней и красивей. Переработаны модели пляжа (добавлен новый пирс, посты спасателей, пляжный бар, клумбы). Заменены текстуры. Что касается мэпперной части мода, то добавлены деревья, шезлонги, гирлянды и т.д.
