I present to you one of the parts of the INSANITY project, namely a 3D map. Maximum similarity with the original, medium quality textures.
Installation:
Throw the modloader folder into the root folder with the game (for those who have Mod Loader).
Or replace 144 txd files in the gta3.img archive with any IMG editor

Установка:
Скинуть папку modloader в корневую папку с игрой (для тех, у кого есть Mod Loader).
Либо любым IMG редактором заменить 144 txd-файла в архиве gta3.img
