To replenish the stock, you need to ride a bike to the red marker near the place where the bike was standing. The maximum you can take is 5 newspapers.

Clients are shown on the map as a white square or triangle. There will also be a white marker above it. To give the client a newspaper, you just need to drive closer to him and Karl himself will throw him a bunch of newspapers. For each completed order you will receive $70. By the way, unlike other sub-missions, the death of the client will not cause the mission to fail.
