Installation:
Using the IMG Tool 2.0 program, add the "vegasflag.txd" file from the archive to the "gta3.img" file (it is located in the Models folder). Copy the "Data" folder from the mod folder to the game directory and confirm the replacement of the files.

Установка:
С помощью программы IMG Tool 2.0, добавьте в файл "gta3.img" (он находится в папке Models), файл "vegasflag.txd" из архива. Скопировать папку "Data" из папки с модом в каталог игры и подтвердить замену файлов.
