This mission was cut in the early stages of GTA San Andreas development. Besides the text from american.gxt, nothing remains of it in the game.
The mission is written in CLEO and is available regardless of the current playthrough.
You will have to shoot a lot, so stock up on every possible weaponry before the mission and definitely buy a bulletproof vest.
There are 2 versions of subtitles in the archive: Russian and English* Enjoy the game!

*In both cases, the Smarter's Localization Russian patch is required. If you want to install the English subtitles for the mission, you can skip installing american.gxt from the archive. Then the Russian patch won't be needed either.

*В обоих случаях необходим русификатор Smarter's Localization. Если Вы хотите установить английские субтитры миссии, можете не устанавливать american.gxt из архива. Тогда и русификатор не потребуется.
