New texture for the house in Las Venturas

The mod replaces the texture of one of CJ's houses in Las Venturas, the city of gambling. The appearance of the building changes dramatically, especially the new texture of the paved approach to the house and the texture of grass instead of gravel in the original (resolution 1024x1024 pixels) are worth noting.
Additionally, the archive contains updated textures for a number of houses along the same street.
Мод заменяет текстуру одного из домов СиДжея в Лас-Вентурасе, городе азартных игр. Вид здания кардинально меняется, особенно стоит отметить новую текстуру асфальтированного подхода к дому и текстуру травы вместо гравия в оригинале (разрешение 1024х1024 пиксела).
Дополнительно архив содержит обновленные текстуры для целого ряда домов по той же улице.
