Hello again to everyone. The whole week at Naas had rains, gray weather, darkness, and I had the idea to make an autumn colormod for GTA SA.
Colormod is dark and suitable for weak PCs.
On my very old PC the FPS was 35.
And also in the archive there is a setting without effects, which can not affect the FPS.
Installation: 3 files to throw in the root folder with the game.
