Found them in the cutscene.img file. They are placed to complement the gang, and not replace the existing ones. Do not say that anyone will do it, I know, but not everyone will think of it.

here I replaced the bands. grouv is replaced by vagos. vagos on ballas. ballas on grouv SEE THE SCREEN ALL GANGS HAVE THEIR COLORS . the file belongs to ruslik12 (you can freely place it on other sites) :)
