Now there will be Russians instead of Grooves. They ride a BF-400 motorcycle, a Sultan passenger car and a Packer box car. They can be hired - the number of hired depends only on the level of authority. They also spawn in newly conquered territories. And if CJ gets into a cop truck, the Russians will help him out of trouble, willingly opening merciless fire on the cops.
