A new version of SAMP is out!

What's changed:

- Added over 500 new object IDs, including trick objects and land objects.

- Font size change interface.

- Some new variations of San Andreas CS skins.

- Server control car doors and windows.

- Ability to add sirens for unmarked police cars.

- A simple static actor system to easily create an NPC actor for shops.

- Many fixes and new scripting features.

Special thanks to Matite and the GamerX server for contributing to the new object IDs. Thanks to everyone who tested the new version while it was in testing.
