A particularly dangerous prisoner who killed several hundred people, William Willson received a terrible diagnosis from his psychiatrist "Schizophrenia", now Will has become dangerous, even for other prisoners, because he will not be able to control himself when he reaches stage 3 of the disease.

After 9 months of "treatment", two mentally ill people get into a fight with the orderlies, later this fight became an excuse for an escape. Will is forced to team up with other patients so as not to return to the psychiatric hospital!

This project will be released in episodes. Have fun playing
