MTA San Andreas 1.4.1

Despite the fact that this version was released on January 31st, it has not been here yet.

I'll tell you what's new:
- Added converter (hashing) as a function hash.
- Added sourceTimer variable to define local timer
- Function forcePlayerMapnow works both from the server side and from the client side.
- Fixed problems with ! view coordinates!Vectorsand Matrices.
- Fixed problems with getting a key when holding down a button in a client function.
- Fixed bug with return of setWeaponFlagsfalse values.

With each new Nightly build (and it comes out almost daily), some problem, indicated on the bug tracker, is fixed. The list of fixed issues can be found here.
I will also say that MTA, unlike SA-MP, has Russian localization in the client itself (and even on the server). SA-MP, if they are translated, then unofficially.
