The author of the mod is Pole Jeansowaty. He, like me, loved adding new gangs and decided to build a global one.
Innovations:
- Ballas now have a Clower car
- A huge number of new skins in gangs
- New gangs - Bikers and Russian Mafia. Sometimes they are on the same territory, and often fight with each other.
- Triada, Aztecas and Bikers are friendly to Cj and do not attack him.
- You can also now capture a bunch of new territories (see map), where:
Blue - Aztecas
Blue - Rifa
Red - Triads
Orange - Da Nang Boys
Gray - Mafia
Cherry - Bikers
Black - Russian Mafia
Dark cherry — Bikers and Russians
Gray cherry - Bikers and Mafia.
Installation:
- Files from the archive (i.e. not in folders) in gta3.img
- From the folder "to the root folder" - to the root folder of the game
- Files from DATA to the DATA folder.
- Place Cleo scripts in the Cleo library from the CLEO folder.

Автор мода — поляк Jeansowaty. Он, как и я, любил добавлять новые банды и решил склепать глобалку.
Нововведения:
- У Баллас теперь есть тачка Clower
- Огромное количество новых скинов в бандах
- Новые банды — Байкеры и Русская мафия. Иногда они на одной территории, причем часто ведут бой друг с другом.
- Triada, Aztecas и Bikers дружелюбны к Сиджею и не нападают на него.
- Также теперь можно захватывать кучу новых территорий (см. карту), где:
Голубой — Aztecas
Синий — Rifa
Красный — Triads
Oранжевый — Da Nang Boys
Серый — Mafia
Вишневый — Bikers
Черный — Russian Mafia
Тёмно-вишневый — Bikers and Russians
Серо-вишневый — Bikers and Mafia.
Установка:
- Файлы из архива (т.е. не в папках) в gta3.img
- Из папки "в корневую папку" — в корневую папку игры
- Файлы из DATA в папку DATA.
- Клео скрипты вместить в клео библиотеку из папки CLEO.
