This mod allows you to reassign territories right in the game. Requires CLEO 4.
Get to the place you need and press the following key combinations:
TAB + Num 1 give territory to Ballas
TAB + Num 2 Give Territory to Grove
TAB + Num 3 give territory to Vagos
TAB + Num 0 clear the area from gangs
In this version (4.0) more than one gang can be installed in one district.

Доберитесь до нужного вам места и нажмите следующие комбинации клавиш:
TAB + Num 1 отдать территорию Ballas
TAB + Num 2 отдать территорию Grove
TAB + Num 3 отдать территорию Vagos
TAB + Num 0 очистить территорию от банд
В этой версии(4.0) на одном районе можно установить более одной банды.
