Hello everyone, not a big texture mod, replaces the "Botanica" store in Ganton, and the Barbershop nearby, as well as the "Binco" sign.
The store went bankrupt and closed. The windows and door of the store are closed with roller shutters, the walls are scratched, the paint peels off.

Всем привет, не большой текстурный мод, заменяет магазин \"Botanica\" в Гантоне, и Парикмахерскую рядом, а также вывеску \"Binco\".
Магазин обанкротился и его закрыли. Окна и дверь магазина закрыты рольставнями, стены пошкрябаны, краска слезает.

На моделях лежат ровно, без багов.
