New timecyc.dat for San Vice Beta 3 mod
Main changes:
-Removed excessive "yellowness"
-Fixed a bug with coloring of replaced vehicle models (brightness increased by several times)
-More realistic, transparent water
ATTENTION!!!
File only for San Vice Beta 3 mod,
in the standard GTA-SA, the display will be incorrect !!!
(Same as if you stick the standard timecyc in the above mod)

Основные изменения:
-Убрана черезмерная "желтизна"
-Исправлен баг с окраской замененых моделей транспорта (увеличенная в разы яркость)
-Более реалистичная, прозрачная вода
ВНИМАНИЕ!!!
Файл только для мода San Vice Beta 3,
в стандартной GTA-SA отображение будет некорректное!!!
(Так же как если воткнуть стандартный timecyc в вышеуказаный мод)
