New version of MTA San Andreas 1.4 build r6690 as of 07/18/2014.
What's new in MTA 1.4?
- Added Localization. Now each player can change the language of the main menu and elements included in MTA SA 1.4.
- Added Object Oriented Programming classes to Lua. You can read more here and here (not translated).
- Added concepts such as "Vector" and "Matrix".
- Improved train synchronization.
- Improved functions for working with sound, synchronization with the player.

- Добавлена Локализация. Теперь каждый игрок может изменить язык главного меню и элементов, входящих в MTA SA 1.4.
- Добавлены классы Объектно Ориентированного Программирования в Lua. Подробнее можно почитать здесь и здесь (не переведено).
- Добавлены такие понятия, как "Вектор" и "Матрица".
- Улучшение синхронизации поездов.
- Улучшение функций работы со звуком, синхронизация с игроком.
