This modification of my file: water.dat, adds water to the first of two pools (empty) in East Los Santos.
Which is a few meters from the second Ganton Bridge, not far from Grove Street.
To do this, I had to sit all day in a notebook, restarting the game several hundredths of times, looking for the coordinates of the water in this pool.
Bumping into the wrong coordinates and getting the wrong results when editing the water coordinates of this basin.
For a very long time, the water did not fall as it should, in most cases it flooded both pools and the road with other sections.
And only a little after one in the morning, I finally managed to add water to this pool almost normally.
But this time, for some reason, the water was not completely added to the pool along its entire length, but did not reach the end a little.
Some will say business for five minutes, but I would recommend not to rush to conclusions.
Yes, there is some kind of script for 3Ds Max, which supposedly allows you to control water and even create water in certain areas.
But in fact, this script is unfinished, when you save your creations by adding water and checking them in the game, the game crashes.
And if you open the file itself: water.dat.
Then you can see that it crumbled i.e. spoiled and there is not at all what should have remained and what should have been added.

The mod is suitable for installation and launch through the asi-plugin: modloader.
Данная моя модификация файла: water.dat, добавляет воду в первый из двух бассейнов(в пустой) в Восточном Лос-Сантосе.
Что находится в нескольких метров от второго моста Гэнтона, не далеко от Грув Стрит.
Что бы это сделать, мне пришлось целый день просидеть в блокноте, несколько сотых раз перезапустив игру, ища координаты воды этого бассейна.
Натыкаясь не на те координаты и получая не те результаты при редактировании координат воды этого бассейна.
Очень долго вода ложилась не так как надо, в большинстве случаев затапливала оба бассейна и дорогу с другими участками.
И только немного позднее часа ночи, мне наконец то удалось практически нормально добавить воду в этот бассейн.
Но уже на этот раз вода почему то не полностью добавилась в бассейн по всей его длине, а немного не дошла до конца.
Эта проблема решилась быстро корректированием мной уже отредактированных координат этого бассейна и в итоге у меня всё таки получилось это сделать.
Некоторые скажут делов то на пять минут, но я бы порекомендовал не спешить с выводами.
Да есть какой то скрипт для 3Ds Max, который якобы позволяет управлять водой и даже создавать воду в отдельных участках.
Но на самом деле скрипт этот недоделанный, при сохранении своих творений добавления воды и при проверке их в игре, игра вылетает.
И если открыть сам файл: water.dat.
То можно увидеть что он раскрошился т.е. испортился и там совсем не то что должно было остаться и что должно было добавиться.
Примечание:
