HAPPENED!!! Finally, I figured out the problem of extracting the mod from the game and now I'm ready to present it to you.
In the third, final, version of the "sewerage" mod, I expanded the map by another 2-3 times. Thanks to all those who sent me videos and photos of various sewers, according to their types, I tried to develop this continuation.
So the features of the finale:
- A huge location underground, occupying 40% of Los Santos.
- Long, flooded and cluttered tunnels; Dirty mines; Decent and "modern" underground structures, all of which I tried to add to this version.
- A lot of caches and waste from the location, which was calculated under the moderators.
- Some easter eggs and prerequisites.
- Variety of moves.
- "Traps".
- Some corrections of old objects.
- Does not affect standard textures, which does not affect the appearance of games with texture mods.
And much more awaits you in the final version.
Installation:

2. Add files from the GTA3.img folder (replace the appropriate ones) using any IMG program (to your taste )
3. Copy the files from the datemapsLA folder to the appropriate path ... BUT!!! Files must be copied immediately from the archive, otherwise, a crash is possible !!! (I don't know why, but I have all the files associated with the date folder copied like this)
4. THIS WAS A PROBLEM IN ALL OTHER VERSIONS!!! In the data folder, you need to open the "DATEGTA.dat" file, and enter the following lines into it yourself (by opening it with notepad):

[5.] In the process of extracting the mod, I had problems changing the default regions (from which I deleted a couple of files), the game simply did not start :'(. In the folder [add-on], I copied my files, which should be replaced, but the game is unlikely to work for you.
Open the MED program two areas LAs and LAw2, and simply manually remove the interference on the locations.

СВЕРШИЛОСЬ!!! Наконец таки, я разобрался с проблемой извлечения мода из игры и теперь готов представить его вам.
В третьей, финальной, версии мода "канализация", я расширил карту еще в 2-3 раза. Спасибо всем тем кто скидывал мне видео и фото различных канализаций, по их типам, я пытался разрабатывать данное продолжение.
Итак особенности финала:
- Огромная локация под землей, занимающая 40% Лос Сантоса.
- Длинные, затопленные и захламленные туннели; Грязные шахты; Приличные и "современные" подземные сооружения, все это я попытался добавить в эту версию.
- Множество тайников и отходов от локации, что было рассчитано под диом модеров.
- Некоторые пасхалки и предпосылки.
- Разнообразие ходов.
- "Ловушки".
- Некоторые коррекции старых объектов.
- Не затрагивает, стандартные текстуры, что не влияет на внешний вид, игр с текстурными модами.
И многое другое ждет вас в финальной версии.
Установка:
1. GTA_sa.exe заменить в директории игры.
2. Файлы из папки GTA3.img добавить (соответствующие заменить) с помощью любого IMG программы (на ваш вкус )
3. Файлы из папки date\maps\LA скопировать по соответствующему пути...НО!!! Файлы должны копироваться сразу же из архива, в противном случае, возможен вылет !!! (не знаю по чему, но у меня все файлы связанные с папкой date копируются так)
4. ЭТО ЯВЛЯЛОСЬ ПРОБЛЕМОЙ ВО ВСЕХ ОСТАЛЬНЫХ ВЕРСИЯХ!!! В папке data, необходимо открыть файл "DATE\GTA.dat", и вписать в него самостоятельно (открыв с помощью блокнота) следующие строчки:

[5.] По ходу извлечения мода, у меня возникли проблемы, связанные с изменением стандартных районов ( с которых я удалил пару файлов), игра просто напросто не запускалась :'(. В папку [дополнение] я скопировал свои файлы, которые должны быть заменены, но вряд ли игра у вас будет работать. Поэтому я вижу только один споссоб это исправить:
Открыть программой MED два района LAs и LAw2, и просто в ручную удалить помехи на локациях.
