Penthouse with a View of the Stars V2

This is the second version of my mod featuring a penthouse on the roof. In this version, the area of the penthouse has been increased, two bars have been added, along with a kitchen, bathroom, statue, bedroom, and much more. The penthouse hints at my major project - Killer Shooter 4, which I am not planning to announce just yet, but on February 26, I will share facts about this storyline. I can already say that missions are being created for the project, and there will be many scripts involved. ysv1999 is also participating in the project, but let's not discuss it now; you'll find out more on February 26.

This is not the final version of the mod; I want to mention that there might not be people in the penthouse, as this causes bugs. In version 3, which will be the final one, I will add even more items and capabilities of this script.

I also want to say that the penthouse can be purchased and you can earn money from it.

Download and rate it; I tried to make it as good as possible, no bugs found.
