Ralph Pendelberry is a Los Santos police officer who was mentioned several times in the beginning of GTA SA and also appeared in the GTA SA Introduction movie. Was killed by Jimmy Hernandez on Tenpenny's orders.
In the film, Pendelberry appeared with a bloody face, but here it is normal and without blood. Ped made in SA-style, so the quality of textures and the number of polygons does not shine.

Ральф Пенделберри - офицер полиции Лос Сантоса, несколько раз упоминавшийся в начале GTA SA, а также появлявшийся в фильме GTA SA Introduction. Был убит Джимми Эрнандесом по приказу Тенпенни.
В фильме Пенделберри появлялся с окровавленным лицом, но здесь оно нормальное и без крови. Пед сделан в SA-стиле, поэтому качеством текстур и количеством полигонов не блещет.
