Enhanced GTA SA Phone Texture

This file replaces the texture of the regular phone in GTA SA with a higher quality one.
New:
- 3 different colors: Gray; Red; Green.
- Screen messages: "Incoming Call", "Date", "Day of the Week/Month"
- New labels on the keyboard panel: Call accept/reject buttons, "Menu" button.
- Renamed the phone to RSphone (RockStarPhone)
It looks great in the game, I see no reason to skip this file.

Файл заменяет текстуру обычного телефона в GTA SA на более качественную.
Новое:
- 3 разных цвета: Серый; Красный; Зеленый.
- Надписи на экране: \"Входящий вызов\", \"Дата\", \"День недели/месяц\"
- Новые надписи на панели клавиатуры: Копки приема/сброса вызова, кнопка \"Меню\".
- Телефон переименовал в RSphone(RockStarPhone)
В игре смотрится красиво, причины не пропускать файл я не вижу.
