This is the second version of the effects for weak PCs. Replaced many textures, removed all found bugs and much more.
Installation:
The effectsPC.txd and effects.fxp files are moved with a replacement to the Models folder (for example, E: \ games \ GTA San Andreas \ models, all in different ways).
If you notice any shortcomings, bugs, let me know!
