This is the second version of effects for low-end PCs. Many textures have been replaced, all identified bugs have been fixed, and much more.

Installation:

Move the files effectsPC.txd and effects.fxp with replacement to the Models folder (example - E:\\games\\GTA San Andreas\\models, it varies for everyone).

Это вторая версия эффектов для слабых ПК. Заменены многие текстуры, убраны все найденные баги и многое другое.

Установка:

Файлы effectsPC.txd и effects.fxp переместите с заменой в папку Models (пример - E:\\games\\GTA San Andreas\\models, у всех по разному).
