Place all contents of the folder into gta3.img (map) using Crazy img editor or another similar program. If you wish to have the option to remove the modification, do not forget to save the original copies of the replaced files in a secure location.

Все содержимое папки to gta3.img (map) кинуть в gta3.img программой Crazy img editor или другой подобной программой.Если хотите иметь возможность удалить модификацию, то не забудьте сохранить в надежное место оригинальные копии заменяемых файлов.
