A standalone version of the SA:MP Wiki, which contains the necessary information for developing mods and writing scripts.

The program has several tabs:
- Vehicles — allows you to find out the ID of any vehicle
- Sounds — allows you to find out the ID of any sound
- Weather - allows you to find out the weather ID
- Car colors — allows you to find out the ID of any color that can be used to paint vehicles
- Game text — allows you to find out how text typed in one color or another will look like
- Pickups — allows you to find out the ID of any marker that can be placed on the server
- Objects - allows you to find out the IDs of objects
- Explosions — background information about explosions
- Animations - list of animations
- Callbacks — reference information about functions (parameters and return type)
- Weapons — allows you to find out the weapon ID
- Misc
- Browser — built-in browser for viewing links from the previous tab, although you can view any site

- Browser — встроенный браузер, для просмотра ссылок из предыдущей вкладки, хотя можно смотреть любой сайт
