Have you played Left 4 Dead 2? If yes, then you know that there are incendiary cartridges that set the victim on fire. Now this feature is in GTA: San Andreas. Select AK-47 or M-16, press the "N" key and fire up! To disable incendiary rounds, simply use the mouse wheel to change weapons and the rounds will become normal.
P.S. I deliberately rummaged through the entire file archive and did not see anything like this. Needless to say, it's already happened... =)

Вы играли в Left 4 Dead 2? Если да, то вы знаете, что там есть зажигательные патроны, которые поджигают жертву. Теперь эта возможность есть и в GTA: San Andreas. Выберете АК-47 или M-16, нажмите клавишу \"N\" и зажигайте! Чтобы отключить зажигательные патроны, просто колесиком мыши поменяйте оружие и патроны станут обычными.
P.S. Я специально перерыл весь файловый архив и подобного не встречал. Не нужно говорить, что было уже такое... =)
