The Penemachine
There is no such equipment in the SR3, it is a hybrid of a chainsaw and a dildo.
Replaces the chainsaw. There is an icon.
Installing
Replace chnsaw.dff and chnsaw.txd in the game archive gta3.img
using the IMG tool 2.0 or a similar program.
Have a good game!
