Welcome to the Cretaceous period! We would like to present to your attention our development - a computer game called "Cretaceous Runner", which in translation from English means approximately "Runner of the Cretaceous period". This is not your typical reptile shooting, and not even a Dromaeosaurus simulator, but something more. You, under the guise of everyone's favorite Dromeosaurus, are given the opportunity to independently explore dinosaurs, their behavior, place of residence, and, of course, hunt everyone who meets on the way. But this is only the beginning. The boundaries of the game do not rest on the borders of Canada. You can also walk through the territory of the United States, which, among other things, is inhabited by bloodthirsty tyrannosaurs, look into cold Greenland and get to know the local inhabitants and the harsh climate, as well as across the ocean to reach Mongolia to the world-famous Velociraptors. Starting it in his nest in the forests of Alberta, the main character will grow, and, as he progresses through story missions, he will enter new territories. Having lost his flock, the hero is twisted by a whirlpool of events and each time he finds himself in more and more unthinkable situations - from flying on a pterosaur to moving in time! Yes, this nonsense is really presented in the game, but why the hero needs all this, and with whom he is fighting - you will find out as you progress through the game. Each square kilometer of the terrain has been worked out separately. Canada will delight you with bright blue skies, vast fields, endless forests and many water bodies, the United States - with its diversity - both coniferous forests and desert canyons, and on the banks of Flodira and California under palm trees you can admire pink sunsets over the endless ocean. Greenland is characterized by snowstorms and white nights, while the languishing heat and the baking sun will become the hallmark of Mongolia. All effects have been improved compared to the original GTA SA, on the engine of which the game was created, the draw distance has been increased, and graphics have been improved. Unfortunately, the game can glitch and occasionally crash, please be patient, because the game is self-made, and we also had to show a lot of patience to create it, despite the fact that many called it impossible. If you get tired of going through story missions, then the game will always have something to do. You can just hunt dinosaurs, you can pump your skills in many directions, collect bonuses located in the most secluded places on the map, look for Easter eggs and more. As you progress through the game, additional features will also be unlocked. In addition to birds, the "classic" Spielberg raptors also live in CR. The project started on August 14, 2010, and was released on May 9, 2013. You can install the mod in an empty folder, not the original game.
