By popular demand, I uploaded my mod again, this mod for GTA Liberty City Beta, and for GTA United (Patch for United included).
In this version, textures have been fixed and about 13 new textures have been added.

В этой версий были исправлены текстуры и добавлены около 13 новых текстур.
