This mod changes the regular Angel Payne to a 1941-1945 style city.
There is a base in the forest, a radio station on Mount Chiliad and a huge mansion on the shore, and against it is a sunken aircraft carrier. There are also scripts for the arrangement of machines. Here is the video:
